Important information about who we are, how we operate, and what you should know before engaging with our services.
Providence Financial Solutions is a consumer advisory and intake organization. We are not a law firm. The following disclosures explain exactly who we are, how we operate, and what you should understand before engaging with our services.
Providence Financial Solutions ("PFS") is a consumer rights advisory and intake firm — not a law firm, not a legal services provider, and not an attorney referral service licensed as such. PFS does not practice law, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent consumers in legal proceedings.
The attorneys who may ultimately represent you are independent, licensed professionals at separate Consumer Rights Law Firms. They are not employees or agents of PFS.
PFS serves as the front-end advisory and intake team for a network of Consumer Rights Law Firms and consumer advocacy organizations. Our role is to:
We are not the last stop — we are the first step. The attorneys at our partner law firms do the legal work.
No attorney-client relationship is formed by contacting PFS, speaking with a PFS representative, or submitting a case review form. Communications with PFS are not privileged communications.
An attorney-client relationship can only be established with a licensed attorney at one of the independent law firms in our network, and only after that attorney has conducted their own review of your case and entered into a formal representation agreement with you.
PFS does not charge consumers any fees — ever. We are compensated through arrangements with the Consumer Rights Law Firms and advocacy organizations in our referral network. Those firms recover their fees through statutory fee-shifting provisions in federal consumer protection law, meaning the party that violated your rights — not you — is responsible for attorney costs when the case is successful.
Our compensation arrangement does not affect the independence of the law firms in our network. They make their own case decisions and are not obligated to accept any referral.
Any outcomes described on this website — including case results, statutory damages, debt reductions, or other resolutions — represent real outcomes from specific past situations. They are not guarantees of future results. Consumer rights cases depend on the specific facts, documentation, jurisdiction, creditor conduct, and applicable law in each individual situation.
Your free case review will give you an honest, situation-specific assessment of what may be possible for your case.
This website references several federal consumer protection statutes. Below is a plain-language description of each:
Descriptions of these laws on this site are general and informational. They are not legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for advice specific to your situation.
