The terms under which Providence Financial Solutions operates this website and provides its services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website. By accessing or using providencefs.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Providence Financial Solutions ("PFS") is a consumer rights advisory and intake organization based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are not a law firm. We do not employ attorneys in an advisory or representative capacity. We do not provide legal services, legal advice, or legal representation of any kind.
Our role is to listen to consumers who may be experiencing debt collection harassment or consumer rights violations, assess whether those situations may involve violations of federal law, and connect them with licensed consumer rights law firms and advocacy organizations whose attorneys can provide actual legal representation.
All content on this website — including descriptions of federal laws, consumer rights, typical case outcomes, and the services we offer — is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, and no content should be relied upon as such.
Every consumer's situation is different. Information on this site describes general possibilities, not guaranteed outcomes. Your free case review will give you an honest, situation-specific assessment.
Contacting PFS, submitting a case review form, or communicating with any PFS representative does not create an attorney-client relationship of any kind. PFS is not a law firm, and no communication with PFS should be treated as privileged legal communication.
An attorney-client relationship may only be formed with a licensed attorney at one of the independent law firms in our referral network, and only after that attorney has reviewed your situation, accepted your case, and entered into a formal representation agreement with you.
PFS operates as an intake and referral service. When you submit a case review, PFS reviews your situation and, if appropriate, refers you to a consumer rights law firm in our network. PFS is compensated through arrangements with those law firms — not by charging consumers fees. You will never be billed by PFS for any service.
PFS does not guarantee that any referral will result in legal representation, a case being filed, or any particular outcome. The law firms in our network make independent decisions about which cases they accept.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the content on this site accurate and up to date. However, laws change, and general information about consumer rights may not reflect the most current legal standards in your jurisdiction. Do not rely on site content as a substitute for professional legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PFS and its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained herein.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
